Disappointed. The grass collection bag location is fidly. The seal below the grass collection flap is a stick on and has already come off. 2 mows in. The blade on the front of the collection bag digs into the lawn on lower settings, stopping forward motion. Collection is not super efficient, tending to leave a small trail of clippings on the cut side. Starting is good and weight is good.

Good Morning.
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with your mower. We would like to provide some assistance with your concerns. The seal behind the grass flap is there to help reduce vibration of the grass collector once fitted to the rear of the machine. We are sorry this has fallen off of your mower, it will not effect the machines functionality in any way. If you are finding that the collector plate is digging in to the lawn and collection is poor, this is most likely due to the machine being set too low for the lawn conditions. If you have a particularly soft lawn this may cause the wheels to sink in to the ground and therefore lower the whole machine. In this instance, raising the height of cut would still allow you to obtain a shortly cut lawn and would improve airflow under the machine, increasing collection efficiency at the same time.
Kind Regards
Webb Garden Power
